A 2nd floor apartment unit #8 all to yourself for your entire stay. There are two appointed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space, comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

A well-appointed full bathroom with a shower and tub combo, offering a comfortable and functional space. Equipped with fresh towels, a hair dryer and stocked with starter essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a living area that has a welcoming atmosphere, where you can unwind after a day of activities in Fairbanks. An open layout seamlessly flow to the kitchen and dining area, where you can make meals during your stay. Appliances and ample counter space makes it ideal to enjoy casual meals together.

This upstairs apartment can be accessed via an enclosed staircase, which is the only entrance. It may pose challenges for those with mobility issues.

The shared areas include the driveway, patio, laundry area, stairs, and the arctic entry/mudroom.

It is our policy to provide a cleaning service every 2 weeks for the standard cleaning fee. This helps keep the space clean and allows us to check the apartment's condition.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued, less a 3% credit card processing fee.
